Happy Little Soles specialises in the supply of barefoot shoes for children from around the world. A barefoot shoe is one that allows the foot to work in the way that nature intended, enabling a child’s foot to behave, develop and grow naturally. Following a period of significant growth it was necessary for Kate to evaluate the whole organisation including operational resources, marketing and purchasing.

As a result of this exercise, a formal marketing plan was created which placed strong emphasis on the need to develop a stronger online presence with a strong e-commerce website at its core. Eight Wire was commissioned to develop a fresh and effective design for a new website based on the thorough market research and brief provided. Taking a customer-centric approach we ensured that user-experience was paramount – users can now find concise, useful information about the vast product range and purchase with ease.

Since the website launched Happy Little Soles’ year-on-year turnover has doubled,  administration costs have been lowered and the website continues to capture the imagination of the loyal customer-base.
