Assessing the market and with a strengthening growth in online sales, Forms Plus required an online presence which was able to communicate the benefits of the business concisely, provide in depth information on product specifications and, most importantly, allow customers to purchase easily and with confidence.

Using a customer-centred approach, Forms Plus decided that for user navigation and experience the design needed to be organised, clean and uncluttered. A flat design was utilised to meet the client’s requirements and user navigation of the site restructured.

Following the agreement of design layout and sitemap structure, the development team worked on integrating a bespoke eCommerce solution which allowed for dynamic pricing and individual customer promotions, worldwide shipping locations, the functionality to request samples and the ability to sort and compare with remarkable ease.

During the development stage, the marketing team worked closely with the client in writing content for the website to help improve organic search engine optimisation. This included information from Forms Plus about which words they would like to be found for on search engines and integrating these keywords and phrases into the web copy.

The result is a website which is fast, logical and informative whilst integrating eCommerce functionality which is customisable, full of choice and hassle-free for customers.
