Digital High Street Courses

Grow your business online

Thanks to a marketing training course organised by Cornwall Development Company, small business owners are able to access help to grow their company online. Digital High Street Skills is a course specially designed to help small businesses reach their full potential online by developing their knowledge of the internet and social media channels and how these outputs can be used to promote business. By explaining the benefits of promoting business online, the course offers small enterprises the opportunity to branch out to new customers. Divided into three modules, the course introduces small businesses to the online world of e-commerce and social media, teaching the importance of marketing through the right media channels.

Eight Wire has been commissioned by Cornwall Development Company to deliver three Digital High Street Skills courses at business venues around mid-Cornwall. Run by Sara Pugh, the dates for the Eight Wire courses are listed below. Availability is limited and course fees are currently subsided (by around 50 per cent) to just £120.

Courses start in early February and are being run by various training providers around the county. Please find further course dates here.

Once a business has completed the training they are eligible to apply for vouchers of up to £1,000 to be spent on digital marketing. This may include work on a website, social media campaign, content marketing or email marketing.
