Eight Wire ‘exceed expectations in every area’ for Falmouth Holiday Homes brand and website projects
Growing from just a few homes to currently hosting 40+ properties across Falmouth, Flushing and Mylor, it has been fantastic to observe the success Falmouth Holiday Homes continues to experience. Having worked with the team since the very early days, we were thrilled to partner with them to reassess their brand and online presence.
Initial conversations began in June where we met to discuss how the brand needed to better represent the growth and breadth of offering. After creating a modern identity, a refined colour palette and armed with a strong understanding of their target market it was decided that the website needed to be resigned to reflect the update and add additional features.
For this the Eight Wire team started by evaluating the customer touch points, the way people move around the site, the booking process and any missing features. With this analysis and updated brand the designers worked on the individual elements and page designs to ensure optimum effectiveness.
The result? A website which is built for mobile first: fully optimised and fast with a fluid user experience. Users can easily find the accommodation to suit them from the variety of properties by using the intuitive search module and ‘compare’ functionality to assess up to six homes side-by-side.
